LADERA RANCH | SANTA BARBARA SPANISH REVIVAL
The round entry tower is a classic Spanish Revival element frequently seen in early 20th Century homes found in San Diego, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara including, of course, the iconic wedding garden tower at the Santa Barbara Biltmore Hotel. The unique elliptical surround inlay with imported Spanish tiles and the front door were custom designed by Oatman Architects along with much of the interior detailing, including the plaster concha door and arch surrounds.
